These terms govern your use of the Fundraising Unlocked website at fundraising-unlocked.com, including the AI chat feature ("Ask Gian"), diagnostics, VC reports, and any other tools or resources provided through the site.
By using any of these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Important: The AI coaching assistant ("Ask Gian") provides general fundraising and business guidance based on frameworks and experience. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should independently verify any recommendations before acting on them.
The AI assistant may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. We do not guarantee specific fundraising outcomes, revenue figures, or investment results from using the AI coaching tool or any of our resources. Past results of other founders are not indicative of your future performance.
The AI coaching feature is powered by Anthropic's Claude language model. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train their models.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfil the purposes described in these terms. If your information is no longer required, we will delete it or anonymise it by removing all identifying details.
If required, we may retain certain information for compliance with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
